Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and canvassing new potential customers:
   • Analysing customer needs and drafting suitable proposals
   • Promoting the company and its products
   • Carrying out occasional communication operations (trade shows)
   • Negotiating, selling and providing new ideas and advice on creative and technical issues
   • Ensuring correct application of proposed resources and guarantee customer satisfaction
2. Maintaining relations with existing customers and developing loyalty bonding:
   • Tracking customer satisfaction and monitoring evolving requirements
   • Verifying correct execution of ongoing contracts
   • Remaining in close contact with customers
   • Setting up sales actions for developing and/or optimising existing contracts
   • Promoting the company’s services on a regular basis

Attached to the Purchase Manager you will be in charge of:

• Following up technical files with the client, the asian factories and the chinese purchasing department
• Designing new products
• Analysing standards for our items with approval organizations
• Being a permanent intermediary in the industrialization process of different projects between the client and the manufacturing sites based in China
• Being the privileged contact and advisor of our factories, manufacturing process audits on our production sites, quality management

You are analytical, dynamic, meticulous, and independent. 5 years experience in a similar field would be appreciated.

Responsibilities:

Under the management of the Purchase Manager, you will be in charge of respecting our high-end products’ quality:

• Establishing control documents and issuing quality reports, participating in the conception of technical specifications
• Supervising quality control in Asia and delivery in France
• Managing relationships with the manufacturers while respecting established specifications
• Referencing products and controling prototypes and production samples
• Managing product traceability
• Analyzing and following up client complaints
• Providing departments with quality indicators that allow a continuous improvement approach toward clients satisfaction
• Vouching for quality and security of manufactured products considering environment, manufacturing constraints as well as established standards and legislation
• Keeping up to date with current standards legislation

You have significant experience with similar duties. You are responsive and rigorous.

Location:

The job is based in Paris, 8th arrondissement, business trips to be expected.

Compensation:

Between 30K€ and 40K€ depending on experience.
